Store assistant roles, stocking shelves, tills, deliveries, and upkeep of the store
Learnt many new skills and developed even more which have improved my confidence in the Workplace. Best skill I e developed is working quicker but more effectively.
Enjoy the programme on shop floor however the qualification side to this could be heavily improved.
I feel valued by aldi due to the fact that everyone has to pull their own weight and when someone’s ill we’ve got to take it on.
Poorly organised, no set times for me in work to complete my work for tutor visits. Work that needs to be completed are easy but difficult to understand however the tutor knows.
No support as I see her once a month.
Receive low of support especially from Paul, he understands I may take a bit longer to complete tasks because of being new and he puts me up to lots of new challenges which I enjoy.
For an apprenticeship wage it’s brilliant as minimum is £3.50 however for the work that needs to be complete £6 is simply insufficient!

No
