I am currently a moment banker, which involves sitting with customers at the desk and opening accounts, selling products, servicing, etc.
I have learned how to deal with difficult people and how to lead teams
the travel for me is what kills this a bit and dosent give me any free time, but this is being sorted out so overall I quite enjoy it
I feel very valued as they are very accomodating and alwasy thanking me for my work
It seems to vary a lot between areas and apprentices
As and when you ask for it you wil get helpful support
I get ample support when I need or ask for it.
There are opportunities to take part in events but you have to be quick to get on them
