My apprentice role in Aldi involves being on tills , doing put backs , working mixes , bread , produce , freezer , short life and long life. Also having the safe and running shifts. Also looking after my areas of responsibility such as the fair share on a day to day basis.

I have learnt lots of new skills since joining Aldi. One of these being taking on criticism to become better. I’ve also learnt how to be more than efficient and quick on the shop floor. I’ve also learnt how to work the tills and how to do the safe.

I enjoy the programme most of the time. It is such hard work and can be challenging.
