I act as a deputy manager on a daily basis, taking on additional responsibilities and meeting certain targets, as well as designating other tasks.
I have learnt new skills, such as focusing on specials, and completing certain paperwork ect.
I enjoy the job aspect of the apprenticeship but feel like I gain very little from the actual apprenticeship side.
Aldi have been very accommodating to me and try to train me when it’s possible.
The apprenticeship side of the programme doesn’t necessarily fit particularly great with Aldi. It’s too generalised and I don’t really gain or learn that much from it.
My training provider is available if needed through contact information.
Certain staff are very keen on helping me develop and learn new skills.
Aldi pay me very well considering it is an apprenticeship and not a ‘full time job’
Not that I’m aware of or have been massively interested in.
Yes
It’s a great company to work for and th opportunity to develop is there if you want it. Plus the pay is good too.
Be prepared to work hard.
