This varies as we change placements every 6 months. Can include monthly reporting, data and variance anlysis, forecasting and budgeting, providing commentary on financial information, using various internal tools to download and report on data etc.
Working in a professional environment boosts confience in dealing with people of all levels of their career and also backgrounds. This is a key life skill. I have also gained technical expertise in programs such as Excel and Powerpoint, and various add ons to these programs that can be used.
I like the exposure to different areas of the business and if you choose, locations as well. It is good to meet different people and have different experiences to get a more rounded development. The work is challenging and you are in charge of your own destiny in terms of pushing yourself and looking for greater responsibility and tasks. Siemens has a good culture which encourages networking and good employee welfare.
Well valued, as we have a heirarchy in place to manage our progress and oversee our development/help us find placements/roles etc. Awareness of the programme across the business is generally good and people respond well to your position.
Very well. Clear communication of upcoming activities and how best to go about things when we start, and as our needs dictate whilst on the programme.
Lots. BPP cannot be faulted in any way for the volume and quality of revision materials they provide.

Yes - there are regular emails sent out with upcoming events, and various societies and networks to tap in to if you want to. There is also a big network of accademy students and graduates to do things with.
Yes
