  • Help working stock, work on tills, making sure customer service is up to an outstanding standard and helping where ever else is needed throughout the store

  • Yes, I’ve learnt how to be as efficient as I can and work to my optimum. I’ve also learnt the correct way to deal with customer service and ensure I’m good at serving customers.

  • It’s great. The opportunities I’ve had and will continue to get are great and I’m Really enjoying it!

  • I feel valued as a member of staff and part of the store team. I’m not made to feel like an apprentice even though I have additional tasks.

  • So far it’s been great, no troubles yet.

  • Plenty, more than I need I think. She’s incredibly helpful.

  • Plenty, there’s nothing I’ve needed that hasn’t been given. Given regular feedback so I know how I’m progressing

  • It’s fine, no problem with it.

  • At the end I’ll be a manager which will help outside the work place.

  • 9. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Great job, great staff, well paid, everyone treats me well and I like the company ethos of treating people the way you want to be treated. The first months were tough but you get through that and now it’s all been worth it.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Make sure you’re always aware of what’s going on, and if you’re working something make sure you know what you’ve got left Over and don’t have Back stock. Keep an eye on the time and push yourself to be as efficient and organised as possible.
