My day to day role changes all of the time. Sometimes i am doing colleague 121 other days i could be on the till day. The variety is good but can become very annoying.
My interpersonal skills have improved, being on a leadership programme my leadership skills have grown.
It can be enjoyable but have found there is so many inconsistencies in the program that different people get different opportunities and their is no common theme.
By my branch leadership 9/10 by my program leadership 2/10
As mentioned before their is very little structure. There is a loose 6 month role rotation but this doesnt make 3 years so a shortfall, in which no plan was implemented. Also comms are not always relayed and different people get different messages.
As much as i need. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and the team reply to emails within a day at most and are more than happy to help with anything.
Branch based - what i need. Program based - little
Salary and package is fantastic couldnt fault it has helped me have medical cover that i otherwise wouldnt have and the salary is higher than most overs of similar age.
I don't understand what this question is asking.
Yes
Full of great people who are ready to help also has a great social culture but this is just from the branch i have experienced. Although i would make sure i gave them the advice to document every important conversation from the minute you was offered the job as things can quickly change.
Be human - be normal- be prepared to learn a lot and work hard - great social culture so just be yourself dont try to be anything you are not.
