Although at the bottom of the pecking order, I was quickly subjected to complex work and given unexpected amounts of responsibility. Admittedly, there are the more mundane and un-challenging jobs, but these are to be expected given the position (i.e. first year).
Given the opportunity to study towards the ACA qualification during working time. On the job knowledge exceeds my every expectation of what I felt I would have learnt after one year in the position.
Excellent programme, excellent opportunity. Great alternative to university.
Won't feel that valued as I am still at or around the bottom, but everyone is quick to acknowledge excellence as and when deserved.
Programme seems well organised, although was quite complicated at the start (given that it had not been introduced in my office before my intake). However, college planning has been somewhat annoying as I do not really have a set peer group.
BPP is an excellent training provider - the only reason for the 7 rating is that I have not had to use them more often (given the content of the day course is typically enough when I do my own learning).
On the job support is available whenever required; the office as a whole is very helpful and there is always someone there to help if you need it.
Given I live at home, my costs are minimal - however, my wage was significantly lower than those starting with a university degree (despite having no more relevant experience).
Social events are on at least a monthly basis, with lots of competitive events against other firms (both sporting and other). Community investment day gives the opportunity to give something back.

Prestigious company and an excellent opportunity/learning curb
Get applications in early given that vacancies tend to be filled quickly. Embrace the opportunity and make the most of the trust and responsibility given to you at an early stage. It is an excellent alternative to university given that you come out with a world recognised qualification.
