My role is to take food to the guests table make sure they are happy and that they are having a good experience within our pub
I have experience so much with my apprentice like I really didn’t understand Coshh very well but my tutor taught me everything about it and now I’m confident
I love doing my programme it’s making me learn so much more about my career and how I can progress and the different things within the hospitality industry
I feel very valued by my company
It is very well organised I always know where I am with everything and the progress that I am making
I receive a great deal of support from my training provider she is there when ever I need her
I also receive a great deal of support from my employer too there is always someone there when I need a helping hand
It meets my costs very well
