Overall running of the store ,being on tills replenishing stock
People skills and learning how to handle situations regarding staff members and customers
I do enjoy it a lot it’s hard work but rewarding
Sometimes you don’t always feel acknowledged for the hard work you put in
It has room for improvement as I’ve had a lot of changes with the people who get my qualifications at the end of the 2 years
I receive a lot of support from my new trainer she’s lovely and very helpful
I receive support and compassion however at times you can feel quite silly for asking questions
The apprentice wage is a lot lower than other store assistants and it can be quite hard when you do the exact same if not more but get paid less
Not that I’m aware
Yes
Because it’s hard work but rewarding and I’ve met some friends for life
Be prepared to have hard days but they help you to grow as an individual and within the company
