I am mainly given the same tasks everyday, because of how to he work is done, but am offered responsibility of things such as the safe and maintaining availability of the store.
Yes, lots of new skills and qualities which have made me a better worker and person. Also have allowed me to work on skills which I will be carrying on way into the future.
Very much so, has it’s tough days but mainly leave work with a smile on my face. They are very quick to make sure that if I am not feeling great, either cheer me up or alter tasks to help my day.
Very valued and feel like a true member of the team, am always supported and never have any arguments with anyone inside the work environment.
Very well organised until I happened to move stores which made things complex when I had to change my training programme and was hard to get in contact with the tutors for the first time, been great ever since.
They are very good to me and offer guidance throughout the years. Are very accessible but would like the Tutor to be more in touch with the managers so they can get an opinion on each other.
They are very hands on with their training and support me fully. Offer lots of computer based learning. Also allow time out of each week to sit down with me and work through certain things which need improving.
Yeah wage easily covers my travel and housing situation. Luckily do not live to far from my work so is easy to get to. Also get a lot of additional hours which always helps.
Not to many other than for charity events. Which I always put my hands up to as I like getting involved with anything that I can.
Yes
Great place to work.
Be prepared to work hard and always show intent and try to ask as many questions as possible
