my role as a finance management trainee involves day to day activities of financial reporting, stock management, business case management and ad hoc projects which allow senior management to make decisions to achieve the companies objectives.
yes I have-presentetaion skills, Excel and business case modelling
the best part of the programme was to be allowed to work with senior management and seeing them on how they think and to learn skills which I will be able to make the decisions myself
Very valued. my managers always give me feedback on how I have worked in the past 6 months and also the yearly bonus reflect on how I have performed
at the start it wasn't organised at all which caused for me to be delayed on finishing by 6 months. this was due to the provider not booking our exams for 6 months and us not doing any exams in that time. I have finished my progamme in 3 and a half years whereas could have in 3
only courses and on email
whenever I need support my employer is always there to help
pretty well I would say. cant complain
yes we always go for work drinks, company events and volunteering days
Yes
an amazing place to work at with loads of opportunities to succeed and progress
be yourself and think smart
