As a team leader in a hungry horse resteraunt, my role is to ensure the guest has the best experience possible. Ensuring they get the best service from my team.
I have learnt how to be more confident in myself in dealing with customers and in myself.
I really enjoy my nvq programme as ive learnt a lot of new information about my job, which will help me to develop my career in this industry.
I feel very valued by Greene king, they are very interested in my development as a team leader and are keen to know how im doing.
The programme im on is very structured and organised, I understand all the topics i need to cover and what areas i need to look at.
I receive a lot of support from my trainer, in the forms of emails and texts to see how im doing and also visits to see where im upto and what i need to do to improve.
I receive sufficient support from my employer as they like to find out how im doing and what work i have left to complete.
My salary is sufficient and meets my costs.
