I am a case handler within the Bank of Scotland Securities team. I spend my day processing customers requests. I have to interact with my team and work together daily to ensure we have the work completed. I also liaise with external stakeholders such as solicitors.
Yes, I have completed my apprenticeship therefore I now have this skill. I have also completed various online courses and attended multiple events.
I loved the whole experience, it made me grow more confident as an individual and push myself out of my comfort zone.
Recognition is a big point within our office and I always feel valued.
Everything within my programme ran smoothly. I never once experienced any problems while completing my apprenticeship.
If I have any questions I am only a phone call /email away from my training provider who is always more than happy to help.
I am always given time out within my day to work on my apprenticeship when required.
As an apprentice in Lloyds Banking Group you get paid the same as any permanent colleague which I think is one of the greatest benefits from the apprenticeship.
I am always being invited along to different days out of work which allow me to network with other colleagues and see what else is available within the bank.
