Work on the dormant and inactive team, searching for dormant accounts and refunding money by issuing bespoke letters.
Level 2 apprenticeship in Admin, also achieved IT Level 2 and retook my maths. The course has given me a good understanding of what the administration role entails from a wider perspective, which will give me confidence to apply for administrator roles in other organisations as I now have a more generic, yet wider knowledge of what the role entails.
I enjoyed completing the workbooks as I was having to hunt around and complete the workbooks through self teaching and reading, which I enjoy.
I've been recongised and received awards for the efforts I've put as being the only Subject Matter expert and key trainer and deputy TL on my team.
The programme is well structured and from my ILP I can see the progress I'm making as different modules are ticked off.
The programme has been structured and my tutor has always planned our next meetings and given me a quick run through of how the different stages of the apprenticeship will play out and prepared me for each meeting and tasks within the course, so I always know what is expected of me.
My employer are very flexible, and have never prevented me from taking time to work on my apprenticeship during the working week and have always given me the time needed when meeting my tutor or doing observations.
Not really relevant as its an apprenticeship studied at my work place of which I am already an employee.
We have our 'day to make a difference' which is a volunteering day, paid volunteering. As well as social events and community events.
Yes
Flexible working hours, good rewards/benefits
Admin experience would be useful but all new starters are trained from scratch and not a lot is expected experience-wise.
