My job title is Flowlead, this entails getting work allocated out to colleagues, making a daily plan for the morning production meeting and for my TM and team to show what I expect us to finish/clear for that day. To watch the phones for when colleagues are taking calls, plans for colleagues shifts, authorising payments and licenses, working closely with the team, Team manager, operations manager and senior management. My responsibility to work within the team to make sure I can assist with any complications that occur when working. Assisting on projects making sure I am taking part and getting my point across.
every quarterly we carry out training and gain new knowledge on the processes, procedures, internal processes that we are required to carry out on our customers when delivering them with the appropriate service
not at all, I feel it has been a disaster since day 1.
Very valued, Lloyds are very keen on taking on feedback and explaining reasoning behind their actions
I can imagine it is very well organised but I do not know the full process or what is expected off myself, so I feel I cannot comment. the support from my tutor has been terrible with very little being given.
