technical specialist responsible for overseeing activities within the financial crime team
Gaining IOC qualification, learning on the job, exposure to policies and procedures.
Difficult to study whilst working full time so that ruined the experience slightly as it caused additional stress
Chosen to be involved in the talent programme to support me through the next step in my career
Not very well structured as I passed my exam in January and I am still waiting for my new revision material
Revision days were really helpful but there is no support for the final module
