This involves reviewing account for debit card fraud. This may also include times when a customers card could be blocked or would like to dispute a transaction.
Yes this has helped in with colleague interaction, empathy and support for what the customers needs are and enabled me to pay more attention to detail.

Not very at all, there is times when we had to sit on call floors to complete work and had no rooms to book out for part of the essential skills programme that is attached to it.
