I am a team leader. So I runthe shifts that I am on. Look after the staff under my command and deal with any customer problems that arrive.
I have learnt how to organise my thoughts and my goals properly without getting overwhelmed.
It was good to learn all the new skills that I can apply to my job and to build on my existing skills.
I feel like I am valued every now and then but sometimes I do feel like just another staff member.
It was structured relatively well but lacked day to day goals. It was more I needed to finish set booklets my each meeting.
I received the basic support.
None at all.
It just about matches up. I would prefer to be given a raise onto the team leader wage.
Not really. But I havnt looked.
Yes
It is a good company to work for as companies go. They do listen to feedback and do tend to look after those under them. Ad the discount scheme is fantastic.
To just give them your best self as they can build your skills up.
