As a project assistant I help the project manager ensure a smooth running of the project and delivery. Completing governance, delivery communications and mush more.
Yes my organisational skills and planning skill have been pushed and developed from the programme.
I enjoyed the changing environment, speaking to different people everyday and always be challenged.
Lloyds Banking group is a great company to work for, there is still some teething problems with apprenticeships with the local teams understanding them but this is improving.
It was well organised but not always kept to plan. It has again got better with time from feedback.
Training was great.
This can be hit and miss, I was lucky to get a supportive manager.
