    • Unfortunately not much I had no time to work on my Nvq because I had to work so many hours.The only opportunity was in my own spare time.

    • I had no support they took advantage and when I needed back up they let me down.I was bullied out of my job.

    • Don’t bother if you want to be appreciated.
