Team Leader. Involves handling cash, ensuring guests are 100% satisfied, ensuring the kitchen standards are up to with EHO standards
I have developed my overall managerial skills under my learner, mainly my communication skills
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme, as it helped with the fact that I enjoyed a great relationship with my trainer.
Not a great deal. Many multi-national companies only see their employee's as a number.
Very well organised. Had emails & texts messages confirming when my next appointment is scheduled forz.
My trainer provided me with all the tools necessary to achieve what we set out.
Apart from the free apprenticeship from Greene King, no support was recieved by the company. However, support was recieve by my GM, as we was able to work the rota around my training appointments.
I feel I am underpaid in line with what I do and bring to my pub.
I am unsure, as I haven't had the opportunity to look elsewhere.
No
I feel the company does not offer the right amount of pay, especially as it can be a stressful enviroment to work in. One-on-one training can be overlooked due to little staff being on shift due to 'labour' restraints.
Be prepared for long hours & little pay. Little chance of progression, little chance of full training.
