assistant manager of a big sport pub; managing pub, customer service, teamwork and liabilities on a daily basis
I definitely did. My Management Development program makes me more confident and me aware of marketing aspects of running a business.
Getting to the meeting point takes quite a time (over 3 hrs from Aberdeen to Glasgow), but overall I enjoy the program a lot.
My manager definitely supports my efforts. Also, due to MDP apprenticeship my position in the area gets stronger and stronger every month.
My program may feel a bit overwhelming, especially when one-to-one sessions and workshops occur one week after another. Support from my trainer and the workshops themselves don't leave much to be desired.
Quite a lot
Enough! :)
My training sessions demand travelling, most of the expenses are covered by my company, but it still costs me a lot of time spent in the buses/trains, departing to the training early morning hours
Possibly, quite a few
