Management apprentice, learning how to operate in - store as a manager of the business, learning new roles such as managing staff, the safe, orders and cashing up tills.
I have learnt skills by being able to manage people more effectively, dealing with customer complaints professionally and becoming more effective around the store.
Fair extent
Sometimes a lot other times not so much
It is structured well, but has had a few hiccups regarding a changeover of companies.
A lot of support
Not as much support as my training provider
It is manageable.
Yes
Plenty of contracted hours.
If you're prepared to work hard you will enjoy it, take on every challenge. Don't apply if you think it's going to be an easy ride.
