So far - only a couple of months into it
Very. This is a big investment in my development
Difficult to follow what was expected. I don't like online study after a full week in front of a screen.
Limited so far
No clear direction abut expectations other than to fit it in around the day job. time set aside for study discouraged. Lloyds Banking group excellent for funding this. issues at a local level - lack of time allocated and lack of understanding by my line manager of the requirements of the programme
Fully funded by LBG. Travel costs covered
Additional Line Manager Academy training available through Lloyds Learning
Yes
Great place to work - tremendous benefits and opportunities for self development
Do your research. the LBG application process is quite particular and you need to understand what they are looking for.
