Assistant manager Review

My role in my job is an assistant manager. My job is to make sure I run the business as smoothly as possible

Since starting this course, I have learnt a lot of new skills like dealing with complaints.

I enjoyed this a lot, everything was made into such a simple way. Which made it easier to learn and enjoy

I have been made to feel very important. With all the effort I have put into this company, it feels like I got something in return and that motivates me to do much more

Everything is very organised. There wasn’t a time where my tutor was late or not able to come out. I am one for punctuality and that I really appreciated.

I have 24 hour support from my tutor. If I had any questions they was answered straight away

My tutor and my employer gave me all the support I needed. If there was an appointment I couldn’t make, my employer would do all he could you fit me in ASAP. He was also praising me up and saying how feel my progress was doing
