I am CSA (customer service assistant) and my day to day role is to identify customers stated and unstaed needs and to refer them to see the right people in order to make them finanically better off also to direct the customers to the right place to ensure they are using the right methods of banking
yes i have learnt many new skills since doing my apprentership and since joining the bank i have built up on my cdonfidence when approching customers and using my product knockleadge to identify any customer needs
i belive this programme is a great experiance and will benifit me in the future as i will have a recognised qulification in banking and this will help with my future in the bank indesiry
i feel very vauled working for lloyds banking group and i belive my opinion is vauled and people listen to me
i belive the programme is well organised and i have regular meeting with my appretership tutor
I belive recive a good amount of support however working in a large branch and having to cover smaller branches does effect the time i have to work on my appretership

i belive my salary is fairly goodas a csa however i belive that when i do move out of my family house then i will struggle to be able to afford a mortgage or to rent and i also belive it is very unfair that some csa get alot more than others even if they are fairly new
yes i belive there are many oppertuines outside of work and i am looking at learning forex trading

i would recommend lloyds banking group to a friend because i belive it is a great company and has the customers and colleagues at thire best intrests and they offer great perks for us for example pensions flex benifits share save and share match etc
i would say apply straight away as they are a great comapny to work for
