Im a loans and credit card sales and service agent working within Lloyds Banking Group. I am regulated with a Lending License to help customers apply for products that are suitable and helpful for them. I also can give balances and make transactions on current accounts.
Yes, ive learnt a lot about the running of business and different tactics used with promotion and sales and service. I have only been doing the course since January (enrolled december 2017) but feeling happy with what ive learnt so far.
Very much so. I look forward to my time with my apprenticeship leader and I am glad I am able to use some hours of my workday to learn
Very valued, I feel we are well rewarded and given good opportunities.
Very well organised. Particularly with my new assessor Jason Binnie
Plenty of support. Jason is a great communicator and I can email or phone if I need further support
Lots of support, my time is always keyed so I can take part and my manager is interested and supportive of what im doing
I am paid well for my role. My childcare costs are very high but we manage. My husband is a Lloyds Bank Employee also
Yes. Plenty such as retail stars and other reward days out as well as opportunities to volunteer. I volunteer two hours at a local school every week during my work hours supported by the business
Yes
As an employer definitely. I think they are flexible and great with staff with fair management. As a bank I am not sure, queues can be very long and branches are closing. The internet banking is very good and things will improve next year after a planned system update.
Be yourself, try and have some information before hand of the job you are applying for, do your research and have good examples of things youve done in previous jobs that made you stand out.
