Smart repair technician
Learnt how to correct defects with paintwork ,windscreens,interior repairs
I love cars so working at bmw is perfect for me the people i work with are great and so is the work environment
I feel very valued as i play a big part in getting cars out in excellent condition
The programme is well organised and straight forward

Lots of support if i have any queries the do there best to answer them
For a apprenticeship the wage is really good normally £3.30 elsewhere but here £7.50
Plenty theres football groups rugby and many more

Its a excellent work environment and brilliant for people who love cars
Be yourself ask lots of questions and show intrest in the work place and what goes on within it
