i fly the flag for the halifax brand ensuring i deliver excellent customer service and offer customers opportunitys to make their banking easier and cheaper for them.
through experence of my current role yes i have.
i dont enjoy my program as i feel i have not had the support required to complete it in a timely manner. i have had 3 coaches which all live a distance away from where i am therefore not visiting often at all.
very valued as there is carrer opportunities and they treat all staff members fairly.
not very at all as i was supposed to of completed the program 6 months ago but i have no had the support to do so.
none as the trainer does not come very often and when she does it is an unexpected visit therefore i am not prepared for it.
a lot of support from employer to complete all booklets in a timley manner.

yes i would as i have always felt valued here.
it is a good company to work for although the apprentiship is not the best.
