My role within LBG is Personal Banking Advisor, I conduct appointments with out customers helping them with their financial needs and help build lasting relationships between them and the company.
I have worked hard on developing exisitng skills and gaining new ones, my apprenticeship helped me work a lot on customer service skills and time management which has really helped me to get to where I am now.
I did enjoy the programme, the only negative was the lack of contact due to only having internal email in my branch and my location is more rural so it was more difficult to get face to face mentoring
Very valued, I have been pushed to the best of my ability and I appreciate that
My programme probably would have been more organised if my location was closer to a city centre, this made it a bit more difficult
The support was great when it was there but could prove difficult at times with enteral email and location issues
I was supported by management by allowing me to take time out of my day to focus on the programme although the involement was lower
