I was a supervisor at a Greene King site, which involved running a professional and compliant shift, that maximised customer satisfaction and profits trough the business
yes, how to deal with complaints either from the customers or staff, and how to deal with them in a professional and efficient way
the level of information on offer for me, and the knowledge of what is on offer to me once the course was complete

from start to finish, the training was structured from the ground up, I knew what was expected of me throughout the length of the course, and I was constantly provided with support from trainers when I wasn't sure on certain aspects of the training
I was provided with ample support from my tutor, and the support that was available to me was very accessible. and the attitude of the tutors was nothing but perfect

it doesn't, the wages offered to me where extremely low compared to the tasks I was expected to perform, I had to move back to my mums because I was working every shift under the sun and still couldn't afford to live elsewhere.

Because there are very unprofessional, they don't look after their staff, opinions don't matter, wages don't reflect the roles were put in, staff levels are beyond a joke, constantly unable to provide excellent service when we are seriously understaffed.
