Serving customers to a hugh standard
I have learned more about the banking sector e.g. sanctions
I enjoy my programme very much as it has given me the opportunity to meet new people and learn new things.

i think my programme has been structured well as the first work book i have to complete has been mostly about my working conditions etc and there have not been any questions too far advanced compared to what i am learning just now
My trainer has emailed me to make sure i am getting on ok and to let me kno when she will be in the branch to visit.
My employer has been helpful with any questions I have had
