My role within lloyds is a customer service assistant, which involves day to day serving of customers on the counter and at the help desk. As a CSA we use a variety of channels to serve our customers, from machines to Ipads. As part of my role I also complete an apprenticeship, and have 20 hours a week to complete this. My apprenticeship is a level 2 NVQ in banking/finances, and is based around my CSA role at lloyds.
I have learnt a lot in terms of customer service. I have learnt how to take ownership of problems and resolve them myself, as well as problem solvving to turn negatives into a more positive outcome. My role and apprenticeship have majoring developed my existing confidence, and helped me to work well as a team and individually. My time organisation has also benefitted from this role and my NVQ.
Very much, it really helps me to be competent in my role and link all of my work to improve my daily performance and service.
Very valued, the benefits you get and support from everyone is amazing.
Really well organised, with regularly meeting and plans made every fortnight.
A lot, we have an email address and direct phone number to message or call at any time when we have problems, and a meeting every two weeks to review progress and obstacles.
A lot, lloyds and my managers really help support with providing me time and help with the training.
Quite well.
