I no longer work for greene king but during my employment I was a waitress and bar person progressing to team leader. Duties included serving customers, general house keeping, carrying food, using the till and occasionally pot wash and start /end of day procedures and supervising other staff and dealing with complaints
I no longer work for greene king but during my employment I was out forward for an nvq with lifetime training. They were very helpful and I learned a lot about the business side of the company. I completed several work books about the values and principles of team leading. I learned that respect is an important aspect. I also leaned about a lot of the physical side of running the pub like changing barrels and postmix, line cleaning and other important day to day jobs
I no longer work for greene king but during my employment and completed my Nvq last year. It was a very good experience I felt I learned a lot and my trainer was very helpful. She gave me lots of resources and encouraged me to take everything in rather than just know enough to answer the questions. The programme made me feel like I was actually making done career path progress and drove me to try and become better at my job
I no longer work for greene king but during my employment I did not feel very valued by greene king. I felt my progress and career was unimportant and that I was unimportant. I was made to feel that if there was an issue they wouldn't help whether it was workplace bullying, supplier issues, things needing fixing, they just weren't that interested.
I no longer work for greene king and completed my Nvq last year. The programme was very well structured into work books that were quite short and easy to complete along with assessments in the workplace and phone assessments. It was spaced out over separate periods and regular learning sessions with my trainer at my place of work

I no longer work for greene king and I finished my Nvq last year. I felt very unsupported by my employers. There was no help, guidance or assistance offered. No one was interested in helping me and would get annoyed when I asked questions. I had to complete entirely in my own time and despite being told I'd be paid for coming to work for sessions with my trainer I was not.
No
