customer facing finacial advisor, entails giving finacial help and guide with there finaces
mostly developed previous skills as you dont really learn anything new you just work on customer service skills and talking to customers
i loved the programm as it gave me time off the phone to shadow and get experience from different areas of the bank which id never of been able to do it it wasnt for this
i feel very valued as i get help advice and feedback from everyone even as far as the STFM nobody is too important to speak to you
the programme itself was well organised and simple however the tutor wasnt and struggled alot with different areas of the course
little to none luckily it was simple to get so i didnt need any
was keyed time of the phone for the apprentship cant thing of what else they could of done
my salary is more the equal to my job and covers my needs if a payrise did come though i wouldnt turn it down
