Amazing team, fit in perfectly. Work is challenging and rewarding. Work/Life balance is excellent. Surpassed my expectations. Most enjoyable workplace I've experienced.
Extremely. I've been given responsibility and challenges constantly as well as countless opportunities to develop and feel my opinion is valued and desired.
Very well, clear goals and expectations laid out. Training and support is readily available from many sources including mentor, apprenticeship manager and my line manager as well as team members. Apprenticeship work always takes priority and always have the option of delegating work if required.
Rocky start due to advisor unexpectedly departing from the company but new trainer provided has been excellent providing clear structured advice whenever required. Very quick response time. Very impressed
Boundless. Mentor will support me through any issues. Same with my manager. Extremely accessible at all times. Guidance provided has been appropriate to promote learning. Very enthusiastic to see me succeed.
This has been the biggest challenge for me. The wage is competitive and fair however for my specific circumstances it has been difficult. Overtime opportunities have been provided by my manager as a result and this has helped significantly.
Too much to be able to take part in everything. Excellent variety and community is extremely friendly and welcoming. Haven't had a boring week since I started working here.
Yes
One of the best experiences of my life. I feel like I have a very positive, successful future here.
The standards are high so you have to be confident in your ability and be very enthusiastic to develop and learn. Knowledge isn't a requirement but a thirst for it and capacity to acquire and retain it is essential. Application process is an opportunity to display your strong features. Anxiety is probably inevitable but really not needed, managers are extremely friend and want to see you succeed. If you have an opinion you need to let it out. Expressing yourself is the only way you will establish yourself. Even if it's incorrect you will come away with new knowledge and understanding.
