I am a Change Consultant dealing with a number of internal process and continuous improvement projects for multiple areas of the business, especially the Operational Area.
Not at this time.
It is moderately interesting, but I feel some of it is too low level.
We are very new to LBG, so this is difficult to say.
Fairly well structured with support and contacts. The timetable is clear.
I have direct contact with my provider and she is very responsive and provides valuable feedback.
I receive good support, but I am not sure that the long-term commitment is truly there.
