ETP1, My role as an etp is to train to be a substation engineer, this involves lots of training, going to university and having on site experience.

It is a great scheme, that has lots of great benefits and opportunities for you to grow.
Be prepared to stay away from home for long periods of time and be prepared for lots of hard work. However all of this is worth it in the end
