I am a composite apprentice, learning the skills and knowledge that is required to manufacture composite parts. Each day I will carry out different tasks and processes with a skilled operator, this allows me to see how the job is carried out correctly and have a supervised attempt myself.
I have acquired a wealth of qualifications that will contribute to increase my knowledge of aircraft. I will also acquire and improve my personal composite skills by working hands on with the parts.
I enjoy the different tasks within the workshop and the wide verity of skills i can learn. The colleagues I work with also help me to improve my skills.
I feel i am a valuable member of the team and feel i have a lot of recognition when i carry out a task well.
