I am an Assistant Manager in a large branch for barclays. I am in charge of company performance across 3 sites- which includes coaching, sampling workload, 121's and tracking performance, I also support with operations within the branch as well as rostering and holidays for 3 sites
I am more confident, i am more engaged with my own development, I am aware of natural skills i have such as presented which is not something i have enjoyed.
I highly recommend so much so i have supported my local community talking about the programme completed a podcast and talked to multiple colleagues from across the community about the benefits
I feel they value my potential by allowing me time for studying blocks and fortnightly study days.
Very well organised [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been outstanding making sure every need is catered for and every reminder is sent.

Barclays was not a job i intended to be in for a long time 8 years later i am here and had a great career so far. Barclays is really trying to nurture future talent, i do believe with Barclays the more you put in the more you get back
Always act with integrity even when it is hard to and always think of others where this is colleagues or customers and the impact your decisions is making on them.
