Learning the day to day duties of an Aldi driver.
Yes. Passed Class C & C+E.
Ive enjoyed learning about Aldi and how the whole operation runs.
Completely valued by Aldi and enjoy being part of the team.
On paper the structure is great. Not so much in reality. Aldi have provided training and allowed time off or shift changes to accommodate driving training and tests - Mantra driver training instructors were very good and helpful. Not much involvement from Apprentice co ordinator though/
Only met co ordinator on 4 occasions in the whole year. At beginning of apprenticeship was told it would be a monthly update meeting.
100% support from Aldi.
Great salary & all costs involved with driving training & tests have been refunded without question.
There are events but I haven't yet taken part.
Yes
Great employer. Should have done this years ago.
