  • Ive enjoyed learning about Aldi and how the whole operation runs.

  • Completely valued by Aldi and enjoy being part of the team.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • On paper the structure is great. Not so much in reality. Aldi have provided training and allowed time off or shift changes to accommodate driving training and tests - Mantra driver training instructors were very good and helpful. Not much involvement from Apprentice co ordinator though/

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Only met co ordinator on 4 occasions in the whole year. At beginning of apprenticeship was told it would be a monthly update meeting.

  • 100% support from Aldi.

  • Great salary & all costs involved with driving training & tests have been refunded without question.

  • There are events but I haven't yet taken part.

  • Great employer. Should have done this years ago.

  • Fill the application form in & have a go. If I can do it anyone can!
