As a Technical Apprentice, we are on a 4 month rotation plan which involves different placements around the business.
A few new IT skills, nothing of real importance
Some placements are better than others, it depends on what part section you are in
The training team make you feel valued, they are always there if you require help for anything. Within the company it is very varied, again, depending on what section you are in
In general it is well structured
On the Brough site the training staff provide more than enough support
Dependant on department
The salary is higher than what most people of my age earn
Nit really, only skills that are transferable are basic IT
No
It is not what i expected from such a large comany
Research the company prior to the interview, dress smart and present yourself well
