I am a senior motor underwriter leading the fleet portfolio for the Midlands for RSA. This includes day to day handling of cases, brokers visits, people leadership and responsibility for financial KPI's
New skills are all around the financial KPI's and leadership responsibilities as I have never led a team of people before.
I enjoy that I can set the pace at which I work.
I feel very valued at RSA, I have a very supportive network of people at all levels around me.
Very well, there are tasks to complete online with set deadline the Kaplan App is very easy to use
As and when I need it, you can contact them at any time.
Again as much or as little as I need.

I get involved in many activities outside of work including being a member of the Leicester Insurance Institute council.
