    • I am a senior motor underwriter leading the fleet portfolio for the Midlands for RSA. This includes day to day handling of cases, brokers visits, people leadership and responsibility for financial KPI's

    • New skills are all around the financial KPI's and leadership responsibilities as I have never led a team of people before.

    • I enjoy that I can set the pace at which I work.

    • I feel very valued at RSA, I have a very supportive network of people at all levels around me.

    • Very well, there are tasks to complete online with set deadline the Kaplan App is very easy to use
