Service Delivery Analyst, Forecasting, MI Reporting, Schedule Management, Data Analysing. I forecast for 3 Units within the contact centre, predicting call volumes and AHT
I am hoping to learn MySQL. I have learned about data analysis and I have improved my Excel knowledge. I have also completed additional online training courses
I enjoy learning new skills and developing my existing skills. I enjoy sharing my new skills with my team
I feel valued as I have been allowed to improve my skill set through this apprenticeship. I feel supported.
It has had a few problems as it is a new apprenticeship and the last training week I attended was disappointing but apart from that I feel it is going well.
