Supplier Relationship & Finance Analyst Review

As a supplier relationship & finance analyst I manage a £12.5m budget. I manage all the finances in and out provide forecasts, complete allocations and analyse supplier performance against SLA's. I review the service lines to identify and cost/service improvements or savings that can be made. I work on tendered projects to complete CBA's and provide recommendations to the Exec team.

I have developed existing skills and learned new skills.

I am still completing the programme but I am really enjoying it.

I feel very valued in my job and at RSA.

So far it has been really good. There was a couple of issues early on getting me the right access to the training software but that is all resolved now.

The support is there when I have asked for it and chased things up however I feel they could have done more to manage any issues rather than me contact them all the time.

I have received lots of support from my line manager and HR have also helped me out a lot by chasing things up when I have had issues.

My salary meets my needs however it is low for my job role in the market place.
