The team make the job enjoyable, and if you can push your way onto exciting projects
Yes, mainly by my restructuring team. In terms of EY as a whole, less so.
Always changing policies
Only college time - general attitute is just to get you through exams
Team that you work with is always supportive, however internal HR teams are not commercial and stick to policy
Salary exceeds expectation
Lots if you fight for it
