Front line manager, I manager a team of 22 colleagues making sure the team have everything they need for day to day running of the team. I look after health and wellbeing of colleagues and complete 121's. I work with the other managers to make sure we can meet service level agreements
I have completed a course on managing stakeholders which has helped with the way I look at peoples styles. I have also expanded my knowledge of safeguarding in the workplace,
The content of the course is enjoyable however the support I have received has not been at the level I expected from Kaplan. I was assigned a coach but only heard off them once I have now been alloacted another but this was 6 months into the program for my first review. I feel that the course lacks support from the facilitators
Allowing me time to complete the course and putting time aside to support me with any relevant development,
AS mentioned in question 3. I have been given the courses I need to attend but had little other support. I have only had 1 face to face coach meeting in 7 months.
Other than the classroom based training very little, They have advised the coach we have now been allocated is only while they find someone else and we will receive another which will be the 3rd coach in 6 months
My manager has been very supportive allowing time for courses and updating notes and material when he has seen me evidence something I have been working on,
My Salary covers all of the things I need it to for a comfortable living including social life Bills and travel
Unsure as I havnt looked for anything outside of my employer,
Yes
The package they offer. WE have lots of benefits and they are able to work around a good work life balance
Prepare for the interview, Look at what Lloyds are about and come to the interview with any questions you have been unable to find the answer to.
