I work in the Counter Fraud Unit and deal with suspected fraud against RSA by it's policyholders. I deal with first party motor claims and investigate the claims that are presented. This includes interviewing the customers and gathering information relating to their claims and reviewing their policies.
I have had to start studying for the exams again and it's been a good 20years since I had to discipline myself with a study timetable.
I enjoy reading about insurance industry and i'm using this as a method to get more knowledge and insurance qualifications to help my career in the insurance industry
Very. They have put a lot of money into these courses and offer a great deal of support
I thinks it's organised very well and our tutors are very helpful.
We have 2 big study sessions per course and they are also on hand to answer any questions or provide further help.
My employer allows me time to study, have meeting and catchups with my tutors.
