I do exactly as all the Other Personal Banking Advisors, when I applied my job role was Apprentice however I haven't had any other training or studying apart from what all the other PBA's in the bank do and are doing.
I would say I have now learnt to a deeper extent how banking works. My people skills have progressed e.g interviewing people
It's no different to a standard PBA role, it can be very enjoyable but some days can feel very pressured and stressful you are responsible for you're diary which you must fill by calling customers, a majority of the time customers will decline or don't answer, this can be frustrating, if your diary has alot of free time it's not good as you will be held responsible
this depends on who is managing you
As I said I have had no extra training or support
Lot's in the begining and there are always plenty of emails and meetings
Lot's in the begining and there are always plenty of emails and meetings throught the year with upskilling sessions
I think i'm one of the lowest paid for my job role, for the business I bring in for the company I should be paid more
not really
No
stressful and pressure
be prepared for alot of training and a challenging environment.
